Aaron Adams

CEO

Aaron founded Network Computer Solutions in 1996. He has a Bachelors of Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Kansas State University. His favorite part about coming to work is “the clients and the NCS Team.”

Chad Copeland

Vice President

Chad has been a part of our Team since the Summer of 2001. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Kansas State University. Chad takes pride in mentoring and growing both NCS employees and Partners. Aside from VP, Chad is also our Sales Manager. He is happily married with a beautiful daughter and two dogs. “Our daughter keeps us busy most days with all her activities.” When he has free time, he enjoys woodworking, hunting, outdoor sports, watching football, and hanging out with his friends.

Craig Kilbourn

Senior Account Manager

Craig joined Network Computer Solutions in 2017 as a Technical Sales Associate. Prior to NCS, he was the Office Admin at Little Apple Veterinary Hospital where he assisted in the implementation of digital x-rays and their transition to digital medical records. Craig is a graduate of Kansas State University where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Animal Science and Agriculture. He is also a graduate of DeVry University, where he earned his Masters Degree in Information System Management. Craig currently lives in St. George with his wife Stephany and his 3 wonderful girls Abri, Bryli and Madix. When he’s not keeping busy with his girls, you can find him playing video games, throwing darts, or fishing.

Kade Kerschen

Account Manager

Kade has been a part of the team since the Summer of 2020. He is a graduate of Manhattan Area Technical College with an Associates Degree in Information Networking Technology, he is also Extreme Management Center (XMC) and Extreme Wireless Cloud (ECS) certified. “My favorite part about working for NCS is getting to provide support to clients and work with different people each day. Not many things are “routine” and I learn something new each day.” In his free time, Kade enjoys “drawing, graphic design, working on cars, building engines, welding, wood working, farming, and just trying new things.”

Medjine Bobo-Vigne

Sales Assistant

Medjine joined our Sales Team in the Fall of 2021. Her favorite part about NCS is “the people and the culture.” Medjine has a bachelor’s degree in political science with concentration in International Relations and pre-law. In her spare time, she makes home-made scrubs, body butters, bath bombs and other skincare products.

Courtney Leek

Social Media Specialist

Courtney worked part-time for Network Computer Solutions while she was going to college at Emporia State University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Business. In the Fall of 2020, she joined NCS full-time. Courtney wears many hats around here including Social Media Specialist, Sales Coordinator and back-up Service Coordinator. Her favorite part about working at NCS is “being creative” and “learning about each department, our vendors, and the technical field as a whole.” In her free time she operates her own small business. As a former barista, she enjoys finding new coffee shops to try around the state of Kansas. Courtney also spends “a great amount of time” bowling.

Matt Eder

Service Manager

Matt just recently celebrated his 10th anniversary at Network Computer Solutions, joining us in the Summer of 2011. His favorite part about working at NCS is getting to see new issues every day. He says, “We get to work as a team to problem solve complex issues” and “I love solving problems, it’s what gets me up in the morning.” Matt leads our Service Team with an MIS (Management Information Systems) degree from Kansas State University. When he’s is not at work, he’s enjoying shooting sports: target shooting, large game hunts, and firearm collecting.  Matt is also a die-hard football fan and will NOT miss a K-State football game, unless there is already a wedding planned and then “will not be friends with those people after wedding.”  

James Poland

Service Manager

James has recently been promoted to Service Manager at Network Computer Solutions and oversees our Technician’s daily operations. He has been a part of the team since the Fall of 2015.   James is certified as a SonicWall Network Security Professional and a Cisco Certified Network Associate. Additionally, he is an Extreme Networks Black Belt Technician and certified in the following areas: Wireless Cloud, Management Center, Extreme Control, Campus Fabric, Switching & Routing and EXOS Switching. His favorite part about working at NCS is “solving new problems all the time.” Outside of work, James grows peppers to make his own hot sauces! He enjoys cooking, discovering new things to make, and eating “really hot” food.

Matt Ridge

Project Manager

Matt joined the team in the Fall of 2014. His role as Project Manager is to ensure each and every project we do is completed to our best efforts and our Clients are taken care of and communicated with every step of the way. Matt is an Extreme Networks certified Purple Belt technician and a SonicWall Network Security Professional. His favorite part about working for NCS is “Finding better ways for our clients to collaborate.” Matt did not provide any cool or interesting facts about himself, but we all know he couldn’t survive without his 7-10 cups of coffee a day.

Dakota Crider

Tier 4 Service Technician

Dakota has been with NCS since the Spring of 2019. He is a Network Security Administrator through SonicWall, a Fortinet NSC 1-3 Associate and Comp TIA Security+ certified. His favorite part about his job is that “each day is unique” and he never has to do the same thing every day. Dakota loves being outdoors; hunting, camping and fishing. In his free time he enjoys spending time at his wife’s family farm and with his pets; a Husky named Winnie, a Lab-mix named Cali and their cat Toothless. 

Greg McClurg

Tier 4 Service Technician

Gregory is one of our latest Tier 3 Technicians and has been with Network Computer Solutions since the Fall of 2020.  “Solving different and unique issues every day” is one of his favorite parts about working at NCS. Gregory has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Degree from Fort Hays State University. He has a steady growing vinyl collection and traveling is one of his favorite hobbies.

Luke Schwilling

Tier 4 Service Technician

Luke has been with NCS for over a year now and was just recently promoted to Tier 3 Technician. He holds an Information Systems Technology (IST) Certificate from Washburn Tech; Luke is also a National Technical Honors Graduate. His favorite part about working at NCS is “building my relationships with my assigned clients” and “creating more transparent services tailored to each client’s individual needs.” Luke spends his spare time playing video games and enjoying the outdoors.

John Hutchinson

Tier 3 Service Technician

John has been with NCS since the Fall of 2019 and holds several roles here. John is a Tier 3 Technician, Backup Administrator, and a part-time Service Coordinator. His favorite parts about working at Network Computer Solutions are “being able to provide relief to our clients” and “guiding and mentoring our newer technicians.” Outside of work, John enjoys card games, specifically Magic the Gathering. He is also a Detroit Lions fan and claims “I’m pretty funny sometimes.”

Dustin Kenney

Tier 2 Service Technician

Dustin joined Network Computer Solutions in the Winter of 2019, he has served the company in many ways. He’s worked the bench, acted as our Service Coordinator, and sometimes fills in as an onsite technician when he isn’t actively shuffling schedules and keeping our techs rolling throughout their daily tasks, projects, and maintenance visits.

Caleb Masters

Tier 2 Service Technician

Caleb has been a part of the NCS team since the Fall of 2020 and was just promoted to Tier 2 Technician this Spring, along with taking on the role of KnowBe4 Administrator. He is also training to become a Printer Technician. Caleb received his Information Systems Technology (IST) Certificate from Washburn Tech in 2020 with Technical Honors. He enjoys constantly learning and solving issues reported by our clients to help make their lives easier. When he’s not at work, Caleb is spending time with his dog or testing out new things on his home server.  

Michael Sterling

Tier 2 Service Technician

Michael joined NCS in 2020. He has an Assoicates Degree from Barton Community College and is CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ certified. As the Bench Lead, Michael gets the opportunity to interact with many of our walk-in customers. His favorite part about working at NCS is “helping out others with a variety of issues.” Michael was born and raised in Kansas and has a “small (but growing) collection of cast iron skillets.”

John Christie

Bench Lead

John just recently joined Network Computer Solutions in the Fall of 2021. He successfully completed his training and has already been promoted to Bench Lead. John is A+ certified. He likes the hands on and “always changing” work at NCS. John has two dogs and has gutted and completely renovated a house. In his free time, he enjoys “games of the video, board, bar and yard variety.” 

Dylan Kunkel

Tier 2 Service Technician

Dylan joined Network Computer Solutions in the Summer of 2021. He has an Associates Degree in Network Administration. His favorite part about working at NCS is “getting to work with such a diverse and talented team.” Dylan has been around computers for several years already, he noted: “I’ve been working with computers since my father taught me how to install games from disks on windows XP at the age of 5.”

Quentin Blaske

Service Technician

Quentin is one of our Service Technicians, he’s been a part of the NCS Team since 2020. Quentin is an Emporia State graduate with a Bachelor of Information Systems degree. While working for NCS, Quentin notes “Every day is a new challenge” and “there is no monotony day to day.” In his free time, you may find Quentin at the golf course, learning more about computers or working on cars. He is always looking for ways to experience something new and step out of his comfort zone.

Paul Riley

Help Desk Technician

Paul just recently joined NCS in the Summer of 2021. He earned his Technical Degree from Washburn Tech. Paul’s favorite part about working at Network Computer Solutions is always learning something new. In his free time, he “spends a lot of time volunteering.”

Luci Wideen

Help Desk Technician

Luci is new to the NCS Team, also joining us in the Summer of 2021. She just recently graduated from Kansas State University with a Management Information Systems (MIS) Degree. Her favorite part so far is “how many different skills and traits I’ve learned and will continue to learn” and is grateful for everyone’s willingness to help out when she’s stuck on something. Luci loves live music and is an avid festival goer. She likes to play Ultimate Frisbee and is “obsessed with Mexican food.”

Nate Estrin

Vice President of Software

Nate is a longtime employee of Network Computer Solutions, he has been with the Team since 2006. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University in Computer Science.  Originally hired as a delivery driver, fifteen or so years ago, his favorite part about his job now is “the people.” Nate is a fitness enthusiast and has been competing in Body Building for several years. 

Nick Appino

Software Developer

Nick joined NCS in the Spring of 2021. He has quickly navigated his way to a Software Developer. Nick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Kansas State University College of Arts and Sciences. His favorite part about working at NCS is “reading code and helping to create software solutions.” Nick loves mathematics and critical theory.

Tammie McKeithan

Human Resources Manager

Tammie has been our Human Resources Manager since 2019. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland while she was living in Europe. Outside of work, Tammie is active in animal rescue across the Midwest. 

Kim Caley

Business Manager/Sales Coord.

Kim is our Business Manager and Sales Coordinator. She’s worked for NCS since 2015. Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Washburn University. As a Sales Coordinator, Kim spends a fair amount of time contacting our vendors. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with our clients. Kim spends her free time with her family and she loves to crochet.

Pam Hulbert

Admin. Support Specialist

Pam is an Administrative Support Specialist and has been running the front desk in St. George since 2019. Her favorite part about her job is “doing a little bit of everything” and she likes that “every day is different but also the same.” Pam went to Lincoln School of Commerce where she received a minor in accounting. She enjoys spending time with her family when she’s not at work and Pam also “loves to cruise.”           

Sharon Schurle

Bookkeeper

Sharon works in Accounts Payable & Receivable at NCS. She has also been a part of our Office Team since 2019. Her favorite part about her job is “Staying on the boss’s tail to pay bills.” Sharon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Kansas State University. In her free time, she enjoys reading “voraciously – but only fiction.”
